This wonderful ornament is made up of 5 warped squares.  These squares are then stitched together to form the star.  This is for the PDF pattern tutorial.
 
The squares in this star are layered - there are 4 layers per square.  You will get instructions on how to make warped square and how to stitch them together to form the star.
 
You will also get instructions on how to make a layered square and how to add the optional embellishment.
 
This pattern uses 4 colors of Delicas, 15/0 seed beads and 3mm beads.
 
This tutorial has a word chart for the pattern plus complete instructions for how to read the chart.

You will be doing peyote, square, herringbone & netting stitches.
